Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine is a health care profession that focuses on prevention of disease and optimization of health. Naturopathic doctors are highly trained to treat the whole person, including physical symptoms as well as mental, emotional, social and environmental factors affecting health. With a goal of finding the root cause of illness, naturopathic doctors perform an extensive health history, physical exams and diagnostic laboratory testing.
Naturopathic treatments are always individualized and start with the least invasive approach. Specific treatments may include lifestyle adjustments, diet and nutritional support, supplementation with vitamins, minerals and herbs and treatment with acupuncture or spinal alignment.

Nursing
As a registered nurse, Brooke offers a wide range of services across one's life span, providing guidance through birth, death and the rest. She provides holistic, client-centred counselling that is collaborative and backed by evidence-based practice. Nurses have knowledge of mental health, illness, body systems and medication. All of this is considered to offer a truly holistic experience.
For perinatal clients, Brooke offers education, counselling/emotional support as well as hands-on care during pregnancy and postpartum and provides specialized lactation and infant feeding support.
Brooke also provides end-of-life nursing and doula care to individuals and their families through counselling, decision making support, hands-on care and respite. She also offers education about the dying process and grief for both the individual and family members.
All services are offered in-clinic, virtually, or in-home. Please note that in-home visits may not be booked online. Please call or text 204-361-5683.
